Following is the final leaderboard for this year's challenge (as shared during the challenge presentation) which contains how last year's winners performed in this year's test set. (The leaderboards for prelim and final testing phase are also public again)
Based on this leaderboard, we only had one team that performed better than the best performing method of last year's submission. Following are the top 3 teams for this year along with the corresponding cash award for the top team:

We had a draw amongst 2 teams for this award so following are the winners of the best methodology report award ($500 each):
